Once the signed listing agreement, boat specifications and pictures have been received by us, your boat will be immeditiately added to our site and forwarded for inclusion in our affiliated Multiple Listing Service Internet databases.

Below is a list of primary responsibilities you can count on us to perform for you:

• Do a regional market analysis/price evaluation	• Include your boat in MLS Internet databases
• Advertise in major publications*	• Field all calls
• Arrange showings (by us and third parties)	• Work with buyers
• Work with brokers	• Negotiate the contract
• Help arrange financing	• Help arrange insurance
• Place deposit in secure escrow account	• Arrange survey/sea trial (buyer’s expense)
• Arrange closing (buyer’s expense)	• Help you find your next boat

The Commission Rate for our brokerage service is based on the industry standard of 10% of the Contract Purchase Price.

In order to assist us in bringing you the best offers from the most qualified buyers, we ask that you do the following:

• Provide honest information and answers	• Provide boat specifications and pictures
• Keep your boat “showroom clean”	• Keep your boat maintained mechanically
• Keep your boat available for showing	• Notify us of any changes in status
• Stay patient, positive and hopeful	• Be thinking about your next boat!

Once you have sent us the completed Listing Agreement, you will want to Send Us Your Boat Information.

* In order for your boat to be considered for our Major Publication advertising program it must be a minimun of 45′ in length, have an asking price of at least $750,000, and have a 6 month Central/Exclusinve Listing Agreement with us. Advertising of boats with less than the above requirements can be provided at discount rates at the seller’s expense.
